Under certain parameters ASE Design Consultants can liaise between the contractor and client to assess cost by comparison to budget and can submit recommendations to ensure the cost is within budget and thus ensure control on same.

ASE Design Consultants, on behalf of the client, can communicate with the contractor on a regular basis and report to the client. Following this process we can provide services and assistance to the clients financiers should the funding be a functions pursuant to draw downs pursuant to mortgage/finance packages. This will involve monthly measurement of work carried out on site and reporting on and quantifying same and issuing monthly draw down certs.
