We project manage the various contractors to have the various works carried out pursuant to the standards issued by departments within the local authorities.

•  As-built drawings to local authority standards.
•  Liaising with the local authority with a view to having estates taken in charge.
• Partial taking-in-charge of partially completed developments.
• List of snags, defects and incomplete works, including commissioning and review of CCTV surveys.
• Project management of the inspection, completion and taking-in-charge process.
